Floral Rough-Out Breast Collar

This beautiful rough out is hand tooled with a floral design and then completed with a light oil finish. Rough out leather is doubled and stitched so that it performs as well as it looks. Breast Collar is 2" wide and features Stainless Steel hardware and 3/4" tugs.
