Floral Rough-Out Wither Strap

This beautiful rough out is hand-tooled with a floral design and then completed with a light oil finish. Rough-out leather is doubled and stitched so that it performs as well as it looks. Wither Strap features Stainless Steel snaps and buckles on both ends.
