Customer Service Rep

We seek a Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our company! You will be responsible for data order entry, providing product and service information, and answering customer inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities will include: 
Greet Customers and identify their needs

  • Explain products to customers
  • Resolve product issues and concerns
  • Enter and process customer orders
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Document and update customer records based on interactions
