A medium stainless steel shank gag bit with a center crossbar to provide a gradual slide when rein pressure is applied and prevent the mouthpiece from resting all the way down. 2-piece half & half mouthpiece combines a twisted wire bar piece & smooth mouth across the tongue. Softer than a complete twisted wire.

All mouthpieces are sweet iron, this creates a sweet taste in the horse’s mouth and promotes salivation.

These bits will rust when exposed to moisture.
