The ported chain mouthpiece allows for independent rein action. The port provides the horse with moderate tongue relief and the chain is light on the bars of the mouth.

Note: The mouthpiece of this bit will rust when exposed to moisture. This creates a sweet taste in the horses mouth and promotes salivation.
