"This is the second bit we have released to the public in my Private Collection. It is a replica of an original bit made by Gary Avila (no relation to Bob). This bit was originally purchased by my wife from Gary. Her horse trainer at the time, Felix Guitron, a well respected horseman, recommended the bit to her. From the beginning this bit has proven to be excellent, well liked and used by many champions. The unique mouthpiece features an open port with multiple copper rollers to increase salivation and provides a distinctive look. The 7 shape of the shank one of Garys most popular shanks and well liked by many horsemen."
